Description
Something between the "New Actor" and the "command line" actor. The New actor
will be instantiated to perform the command. The actor creator will take care
of specifying the necessary inputs and outputs types.
Add the save in library method a parameter for specifying a specific library
for storing the actor.

I'm don't think this is needed now because of changes in PTII4.0.
