Description

Design a new layout for the top level morpho container as discussed in the Santa
Barbara meeting in March. Includes redesign of Menus, Toolbars, and Body.

Finished redesign. Top level container now shows the data sets for the owner.
Query results only include dataset types, not individual metadata files.
Queries can be launched and revised, and the windows that result are uniform.
Local queries and metacat queries now return the same type of result set, and
the results from local and metacat queries are integrated in a single result
pane (differentiated by icons).
