Description
QueryDialog currently hard codes the "casesensitive" query option and does not
allow the user to set and control many important options. Possibly add a new
tab for these query options, which would read and write the results to the users
profile. This includes: casesensitivity, local search toggle, metacat search
toggle, and other relevant search options.

Changed milestone for a number of morpho features that will not be able to be
completed by Beta 1 (ESA). Delaying these features to Beta 2.

Fixed. Query options are now handled under a new tab in the query dialog. There
is also a "save defaults" button there that lets the user save the options as
their "defaults', which is stored in thier profile. Casesensitive can be set
there, as well as whether or not to include taxon synonyms in searches.
