Description
Check for instances of ddh being greater than DBH (almost certainly an error) or DBH unlikely for Height?
We are having at least some instances of DBH being reporting in mm, which is easily checked against ddh if present. Reasonable ranges of values are now check only in absolute terms: what DBH is too large in general. But we could check these against other values.

This shows that DBH/ddh should be between .15 and .85, generally

implemented, but will be removed with ddh gets removed.
