Description
Request was made by the REOT group to have an option to switch between a "basic"
mode and a "complete" mode in the package wizard. This would toggle
presentation of either a subset of the metadata fields and all of the metadata
fields. Users would start with the basic setup, but then could change that to
"complete" in their profile if they so desired.

Red fields are required ("basic") and black fields are optional ("complete").
