Description
The workflow run manager is supposed to highlight failed executions in red. If I run a workflow and it fails, though, it is not highlighted. If I run it again, then the first failure is highlighted but not the second. If I run it again, then the first two are highlighted, but not the third. If I close and re-open Kepler, all failures are highlighted. It seems that highlighting is not updated after an execution.
