Kepler

This bug should include the documentation of how to set up the server, how to configure it, etc.

The workflow execution scheduler was separated from metacat. Now it stays at https://code.ecoinformatics.org/code/wfscheduler/

I think the server code covers all functionalities what we need on kepler.

I developed a client jar file for accessing a server. This client jar can be put into kepler lib.

This sounds great. Do you want to create a new kepler module for the client jar and scheduler gui (bug 4753)? They could go into the "sensor-view" module, but it might be nice to keep them separate from the engineering view.

the scheduler server code stands alone in svn. We create scheduler-gui module in kepler
