Description
Allow the user to turn on or off or change the sampling rate of a sensor from the engineering view.
How does an issued command go from Kepler to sensor? A sequence diagram showing all the components would be good to explain this.
For now, use the existing actor configuration dialog to control components.
If this is not sufficient, we can design a new interface.
Can now turn on/off and change sampling rate by changing the sensor actor's parameters. Sometimes the icon color doesn't immediately change, but the change is made on the server side. I'll update bug 4741 to take a look at the icon problem.
