Description
eml-project.xsd has a DescriptorType. Since it is not (?) used anywhere in
this file, I'm guessing it's not used in eml, and should be dropped.

The DescriptorType represents a suggested list for descriptor or theme systems.
It should, I am pretty sure, be the type of the descriptor's name attribute.
Current: <xs:attribute name="name" type="xs:string"
use="required" />
What it should be: <xs:attribute name="name" type="DescriptorType"
use="required" />

Changed type of descriptor's name attribute from xs:string to DescriptorType
