Morpho

The new data package wizard has a problem inserting a party when certain
specific conditions are met. This happens on the "Creator", "Contact" and the
"Associated Party" screens. On any of these screens, upon first arriving there,
do the following to replicate the problem:

1) Hit the tab key 3 times in succession

You will now see the "Delete" button highlight, even though it shouldn't because
there are no items inthe list of parties.

2) Click "Add" to try to add someone, provide the required fields, and hit "OK"

The dialog will go away,but the party is not added to the list.
