THe problem is that the failure message generated is simply

• NULL

I have attached this document so that you can see what is being entered
and find a common factor that might be generating an error that is not
being handled by the error handler and therefore not telling the user
why the error occurred.

He also sent a word file which I will try to attach with this bug if that is
possible.

I looked around a bit - the character causing trouble in this case is '%' sign.
I haven't looked into code yet.
