Description
It would be nice to have the kepler website have the same look and feel (and
functionality) as the SEEK site. We should move the kepler.ecoinformatics.org
site into the new wiki system as soon as possible.

Well, I like the idea of having it as a Wiki, but I don't think it should have
the exact same L&F as the SEEK web. It still needs to have a distinct look of
its own, one that works for all of the projects making contributions. But that
is probably just a matter of changing the color scheme and maybe some icons
around a bit.
