Description

Get and Put interfaces for a unified data access for GEON and SEEK data.

Need to cache the db schema.
Still need to decide within the GEON project what to do with Web services
components.
Modify output ports to handle different data types (currently not a priority
within the GEON project).

At least some GEON data is now accessible. Need to refactor for the new changes
to the EcoGrid web service interfaces as those are made.
