Need to finish integrating the SaveToDatabase functionality into mde.
Currently, it is it's own menu item, and should be integrated with the save/save
as dialog. Depends on resolving the accession number/file naming/public
identifier issues. Need to factor out hardcoded configuration information from
MetaDoc.saveDocumentToDatabase() and put into properties file. Need to manage
user-feedback and error handling more thoroughly (currently only writes a
success message to stdout).
