Description

The installer should offer to start Kepler upon completion so that
the user does not have to go digging for it.

Fixed.
The user is now prompted as to whether they want to start up Kepler
as part of the installation process.

I added ProcessPanel.spec.xml and userInputSpec.xml.
build-area/resources/installer/windows/izpack.ftl was updated.
