Render some SystemMetadata details in views

Description
The MetadataView should probably pull in some SystemMetadata details:
-accessPolicy
-replication information
-other general info?
I'd also like to see this drive decisions about when to show "Edit", "Delete" (registry supports these) and "Publish with DOI" buttons. Only want to show these options to users who are logged in and have access to do such things.

I'd particularly like to see 1) Replication policy, 2) Replica information, and 3) Access policy information displayed. I'm going to move this up into an upcoming release, and we can discuss its feasibility.
